Having worked alongside the HR teams from these companies, he has exceptional knowledge on how big organizations drive performances. Armed with thousands of hours of best practices knowledge in performance management for MNCs, PLCs, and SMEs, he researched more effective methods for managing employee performance for the SMI/SME and large-size companies (LSCs) segment - the result is the SandMerit™ System, a best-in-class KPI methodology for SMEs and LSCs. Wilson has engaged with over a thousand participants and managed more than a hundred corporate consultations since 2017. Wilson has extensive knowledge in performance management frameworks, talent management systems, IT technologies and employee performance-software interaction.
